1. How can I purchase a creation?

Fill out the contact or commission form based on your needs. I’m happy to answer any questions or discuss custom orders!

2. How do I pay for my order?

All payment invoices are sent securely through Square. Accepted payment methods include:

3. Do you offer shipping?

Not at this time. I currently offer local meetup and drop-off only, but I’m working to add shipping as soon as possible!

4. What are the local delivery/meetup fees?

Delivery and meetup fees are based on distance from my location in Pensacola Florida. I will coordinate with you directly to arrange a time and location that works best!

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are not accepted. 

6. Do you accept rush orders?

I do not currently accept rush orders.

7. What kind of art do you make?

I create a variety of unique, handcrafted pieces including:

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to email me at quietmeadowart@gmail.com!

9. How do I request a commission?

To request a commission, please fill out the Commission Request Form available on my website. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about your vision, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

10. Can I cancel my commission or order?

Once the deposit has been paid, cancellations are not accepted. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out—I’ll do my best to resolve them.

11. What is the pricing for commissions?

The price of a commission depends on the complexity of the project, size, and medium used. Once I receive your form, I’ll provide a quote tailored to your specific request.

12. What is the payment process for commissions?

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all commission work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery. All payments are processed securely through Square (see accepted payment methods in Question 2 above).

13. Can I make revisions to my commission during the process?

Yes! I offer one revision, depending on the commission agreement. If additional revisions are needed, they may be subject to an extra fee.

14. When will my commission be completed?

Completion time varies based on project complexity and current workload. I’ll provide an estimated timeline when we discuss your piece and will keep you updated on progress.

15. How many commissions do you take on at once?

To ensure quality and care in every piece, I only accept 1 to 3 commissions at a time, depending on their complexity.

16. Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time. I’m working to offer gift cards as soon as possible!
